Wannacheckout plugin

Wannacheckout offers modal checkouts specifically designed for use with SureCart. By purchasing and using Wannacheckout, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a. Payment and License: You agree to pay the specified fees and acquire an unlimited, exclusive license to use solely in conjunction with SureCart.
b. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including any updates or modifications, remain the property of their respective owners. You can not copy, modify, distribute, or use the plugin features beyond the scope of the granted license.
c. Support and Updates: We strive to provide ongoing support and updates, ensuring compatibility with SureCart. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any element or feature or cease the provision of support at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

By using Wannacheckout, you agree to:
a. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and purchase process.
b. Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys associated.
c. Use Wannacheckout only for your personal or commercial use in conjunction with SureCart. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the plugin features is strictly prohibited.
d. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using Wannacheckout.
e. Take responsibility for any content you create or generate using our features and ensure it complies with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Refund policy

We offer full returns during the first 30 days since the purchase if you aren’t able to use the plugin and our team can’t give you a solution.

Limitation of Liability

Wannacheckout and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the features, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
